Terri's Business Coaching expertise comes from 25 years in organizational & operations management and consulting to companies and non-profits on both coasts. She brings organizations from flailing to thriving by healing their organizational culture (taking it from dysfunctional to healthy), developing leaders at all levels of the organizational chart, and with her Boomer expertise, moving organizations quickly and successfully through producitivity-busting issues resulting from the generation gaps .
Terri's Personal Coaching expertise is derived from her double Masters is in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University in the City of New York, thus her clinical training in the art & science of managing change, intervening to remove barriers to growth, and includes an adolescent development specialty.
Terri's expertise in "all things Boomer" is a result of 7 years (and counting) studying the trends, characteristics, and needs of this huge and diverse generation, the most influential in US history. She has been seen in Tampa Bay on NBC affiliate's "The Daytime Show", as the host of "What Works!" on PAX-TV, and now heard as the host of Boomer Nation! on Tampa Bay's WGUL AM.
