Setting Goals for Growth that Everyone Can Get Behind
Often, as a group grows, dynamics change over time, and the change is so gradual that before you realize it, members are moving in different directions, creating tension or at minimum impeding the growth process. Or, your group may wish to grow and needs a well-developed strategic plan to get you there. Either way, taking advantage of both the objectivity and expertise of a Coach can not only make the process more enjoyable for all, but allow your group to reap the benefits far sooner than trying to do it yourselves. This program helps everyone to fully indentify and agree upon the goals, determine each member's strengths that can be put to work toward goal achievement, and establish your action plan for getting there!
Fixing Expectation Discrepancies
Another "growing pain" is the conflicting needs or group expectations coming from older members (as in have been members longer) vs. those of the newer members. Because a group is a living entity, it will naturally change over time - it actually must change to keep pace with changing times. However, members who joined many years ago when the needs may have been different, want the group to stay the same, and may want to leave if there's too much change - new members have needs and expectations based more in the present, and won't want to stay if the group doesn't begin meeting them. So what do you do?

Learning Opportunities in your Group Setting
This can be any topic of your choosing from the many you will find in our Services Listing - either Personal Coaching or Training. Women's groups may choose a topic for enhanced empowerment, service groups may choose a team-building session, or a social group may take a different topic per quarter based on the learning desires of the members (ex: a parenting teens topic). You choose, and we'll deliver!
