Minor Adjustments for Major Change
Our thought processes, i.e. how we think about things, determines how we then feel about and react to them.  Unproductive, self-defeating thinking can be deceptive, but being unaware of its influence does not lessen that influence. This program helps you to identify your harmful thinking patterns, and provides you with concrete methods for altering those patterns over time, reworking them into healthier, more constructive processes that better serve you.  As a result, you will experience greater rewards, from more satisfying relationships to improved professional outcomes.


It's Still a Man's World: So Work it to your Benefit!
Otherwise titled "Why Women Need to be More Like Men."  Women have huge amounts of great qualities - but so do men, particularly when it comes to succeeding in the corporate climb - and we need to start adapting those qualities to our best use!  Some of our strengths can start to work against us if we're not savvy enough to see when and how they can get in the way, from being overly sensitive (and taking things personally)  to placing others' needs ahead of our own when doing so is counterproductive to our own goals.  We've all sought a man who has some of those wonderful "feminine" qualities - well it's time to do some gender shifting of your own, and we'll show you how!

Many of us have heard of, or intellectually know the difference between aggressivenss and assertiveness.  Many, however, do not know when they've crossed that line, of if they do, how to change their behavior without feeling like they've become 'wimpy'.  There is a middle ground, which is assertiveness.  You will learn the working components of assertive behavior/responses.  You will then identify your own aggressive behaviors and learn/apply remedies to them, enabling you to have clear boundaries/opinions/positions without being hurtful, demeaning, or offensive.
